What happens to my order?

Every order that is placed in our store is seen the same day. 99% of the orders placed before 12:00 noon Central time, are packaged and shipped the same day. It takes on average,  4 business days for customers to receive our orders. Pre-orders and Special orders are expedited asap from the warehouse, and are usually 9 to 14 days from order to delivery. It takes exactly 5 business days to get our stock from the warehouse distributors. So if I order early on Monday, I usually have a shipment on Friday.

If you have ordered and see no further communication, then please check the email address that you provided in the ordering process. We ALWAYS email the tracking number and our deep appreciation for your orders. If you do not see an email from us, Check Your SPAM folder! Google and many other email services redirect suspected marketing, so you might not see it. Feel free to message us here in the Contact link at the bottom of the page. We do not routinely send out email mass marketing ads, and as of right now, we do not offer a subscription service. If Stripe or one of our other service providers contacts you, I apologize. We have no control over those emails.

If there is a problem with your order, please drop us a message here, or in Facebook messenger. We are planning to add PayPal to our check-out options soon, as some have requested. And remember! Our stock changes often and we have new items popping up, with big plans for expanding more in our outdoors and other departments as we grow.
